Lead Data Analyst Location: Remote Working Hours: US Time Zones (PST - EST) Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role Strong command of SQL and Python /R for analysis and modeling Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Proven track record of leading projects and teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders Tools & Technology Python, SQL, or Scala Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift AWS, GCP, or Azure Kafka or Spark (advantageous) Google Workspace Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
