Customer Care & Retention Specialist with Dutch and English (Antivirus Software

Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with questions related to antivirus software and subscriptions. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Support customer retention by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction. Provide basic troubleshooting for software-related issues. Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience. Dutch proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken). English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers and software applications. A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer service, retention, technical support, or a contact center is an advantage but not required.
