About the Role You'll join a fast-moving team building modern web applications that process and optimize financial data at scale. This is a full-stack role with strong emphasis on backend engineering: 🛠️ What You'll Do Build scalable backend services in NodeJS Develop responsive UIs with React Router v7 Collaborate on API design Write clean, well-tested code across the stack Optimize database queries and data pipelines (PostgreSQL) Improve observability, monitoring, and infrastructure Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering practices 🎯 What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in product-focused engineering Strong ownership mindset and startup readiness Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, tRPC and OpenAPI Comfortable with React + TypeScript for cross-functional work 🌟 Bonus Points Payments or fintech experience Exposure to Clickhouse/Tinybird Exposure to AI/ML systems Built high-performance, low-latency systems Experience with tRPC/OpenAPI Our Hiring Process We focus on real-world skills - not whiteboard tricks.
