Position: Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) Location: Available to candidates located in Poland We invite an experienced Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) to ASF team. You will work in a cross-functional team that develops reliable and scalable solutions using Aras Innovator infrastructure to meet the business requirements and needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Collaborating with the Product Owner to create and refine User Stories and Acceptance Criteria 🔹 Participating in 3-month rough planning and defining iteration (sprint) goals 🔹 Engaging in research and prototyping 🔹 Working closely with product architects to refine technical solutions 🔹 Applying best design and coding practices to create high-quality components 🔹 Developing solutions and ensuring iteration goals are met 🔹 Writing automated tests to ensure code quality 🔹 Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards 🔹 Continuously improving team processes 🔹 Promoting knowledge sharing across the team and beyond Key Competencies: Technical Skills: 🔹Development Knowledge: .Net, C#, JS, TS, SQL 🔹 Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns 🔹 Performance optimization and analytics skills 🔹 Software development process knowledge (Estimation, Development Flow) 🔹AI-Assisted Development 🔹LLM Fundamentals (Understanding model types, capabilities, limitations, and selecting the right Soft Skills: 🔹 Collaboration & teamwork 🔹A growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning 🔹 Flexibility in adapting to change 🔹 Excellent planning and organizational skills 🔹 Strong problem analysis and solution-solving capabilities 🔹 Attention to detail in all aspects of development Must be eligible to work in Poland Originally posted on Himalayas
