What you'll be doing * Assist the facilities management team in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other infrastructure * Perform preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues to proactively address them * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment * Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects * Participate in the planning and execution of facility upgrades and renovations * Maintain accurate records and documentation of all maintenance activities * Assist with general facilities management tasks as required What we're looking for * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures * Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving * You have a solid foundation in mechanical or facilities engineering principles. * You’re familiar with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB.
