Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate technical excellence in water resources engineering principles and practices. Possess expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, surface water management, stormwater design, drainage studies, floodplain analysis, and related water resources projects. Project Lifecycle Management: Support projects from initial planning and analysis through design, permitting, and construction. Prepare technical reports, drainage studies, hydraulic/hydrology analyses, design documents, and specifications while coordinating project development efforts. Permitting and Regulatory Coordination:: Support regulatory permitting efforts and prepare documentation including drainage reports, feasibility studies, master plans, and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR submittals. Coordinate with various agencies and jurisdictions to help streamline approvals and maintain project schedules. Client Relationship and Company Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and internal teams. Contribute to the growth of the water resources practice through high-quality project delivery, technical expertise, and support of business development efforts. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University PE Licensure Required 4+ years of relevant work experience  Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software required.   #LI-JM3   Pay Range $85,000 — $110,000 USD Atwell Benefits:  To attract and retain the best professionals in the industry, we aim to provide an excellent working environment and a progressive benefits program designed to support your personal and professional needs.
