With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.   WHY BOX NEEDS YOU We are looking for a passionate and proven scrum master to help drive the adoption and maturation of agile delivery across technology and enterprise systems. The Enterprise Systems (ES) team is responsible for architecting, implementing, and operating the key systems and applications that power our GTM and Enable organizations. You will serve as a scrum master to teams as we deliver our roadmaps, conduct experiments, and scale our practices. In addition, you will also provide budgetary management support for Enterprise Systems. Your ideas and leadership will be critical in shaping the formation of the team and future of how we work across technology. This role will report to Director, Delivery planning within Enterprise Systems.   WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as a scrum master and partner with teams to deliver work across GTM and Enable roadmaps. Unlock team and individual potential through intentional relationship building, frequent experiments, and celebration of success. Develop and mature agile practices across the organization that increase efficiencies in how we work and deliver value for the enterprise. Manage project and program level performance - specifically financial (actuals and forecast), and delivery to schedule.   WHO YOU ARE We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box. 3+ years of project/program management experience 3+ years of agile delivery/coaching Bachelor's Degree highly preferred Experience delivering solutions in SaaS ecosystem Experience driving adoption and maturation of work management systems (i.e. Jira) Experience with team, project, and program level financial tracking, accruals, and forecasting.
