We are currently looking for a motivated Site Security Manager (m/w/d) for a Datacenter of a well-known global client. The main work location is Schwechat, but occasional coverage of other data centers in Vienna is required. Our client prides themselves on delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
- Active management of on-site security personnel
- Support of recruitment, onboarding, training and development of security personnel
- Building and maintaining a cohesive, high-performing team
- Ensuring compliance with all local labour law regulations, company policies, procedures and operational standards
- Monitoring compliance with established guidelines, identifying security gaps and driving corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Management of security systems, including access control, CCTV and incident management tools
- Assessment, evaluation, documentation and escalation of potential safety issues within the facility
- Collaboration with client leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and service excellence
- Participation in client meetings, trainings and cross-functional collaboration activities
- Provision of leadership coverage across additional campus or regional sites as required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- No criminal record
- Associate degree in business, management or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written & spoken English skills
- Good German skills
- Several years of experience in the security industry and in a leadership role
- Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality

For this position, we offer a minimum salary of € 3.500 gross per month (based on full-time employment, including 20-hour-overtime rate). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
