Solutions Architect - Italy (Rome)

Our Solutions Architecture team understands high-level business strategy and how to translate that into technical requirements for our customers - and we love figuring out ways to stretch the limits of what is technically possible. Our job is to provide technical leadership and guidance to our users during the sales cycle to help customers, prospects and partners visualize the steps to achieve their business objectives. As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions and offerings, explaining complex topics to a variety of audiences in a compelling-yet-understandable way. You'll directly impact some of our most strategic customers around the world by building bespoke solutions that support both the deployment and integration of our projects. Throughout all of these activities, you'll provide feedback to enhance the value and experience that customers have with Chainalysis' solutions. This position requires for the candidate to be based in/commutable distance to Rome In this role, you'll: Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to “value creation” and solution development to achieve the technical win Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in such as way as to inspire audience confidence Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers Identify and highlight business opportunities Partner with the Sales team to achieve goals and substantially increase our foothold with public sector customers and prospects Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances We're looking for candidates who have: Built custom deployment plans for other SaaS products A technical generalist background, but are comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications, and are always interested in learning more. Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies Fluency in English & Italian Nice to have experience: Prior security clearance Worked in or directly with customers in the Public Sector - Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, or Civilian government sectors. Proficiency in Python/REST API integrations/SQL databases Tools/ Technologies we use (no need prior experience) MEDDIC AI at Chainalysis AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working.
