Lithography Equipment Engineer (f/m/div)

As a Lithography Equipment Engineer, (f/m/div), you will be responsible for the technical performance of highly complex lithography equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure maximum equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement within a state-of-the-art production setting. **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role - Take ownership of the **maintenance**, **repair**, and **optimization** of advanced lithography equipment to ensure high equipment availability- Lead the **commissioning** and **qualification** of new equipment and provide technical support throughout its lifecycle- Conduct systematic **root cause analyses** and implement sustainable solutions to improve **throughput**, **stability**, and overall equipment performance- Drive continuous **efficiency improvements** and **cost reductions** through the optimization and simplification of maintenance processes- Collaborate closely with **OEM support teams**, manufacturers, and external suppliers to resolve complex technical challenges- Develop and maintain **maintenance procedures**, analyze relevant **KPIs**, and plan and deliver technical **training programs** **Your Profile** You think analytically, act proactively, and develop sustainable solutions to technical challenges. You stand out through your strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuously improving processes and systems.
