At STRV, Your Role Will Be To: Join our Backend team and focus on one project at a time Take ownership of the entire backend development lifecycle — from designing architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to implementation and deployment Collaborate closely with Design, Frontend, Mobile, QA, and Product Management teams to deliver top-notch results Advise and mentor other engineers, sharing best practices and providing guidance when needed Contribute to shaping the future evolution of backend at STRV We Expect You to Have: Strong experience in backend development, preferably with a background in Node.js (or other relevant technologies/languages) Experience developing RESTful or GraphQL services Experience with at least one relational and/or NoSQL database Proven experience with Docker and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience with AI-assisted and/or agentic development — or an eagerness to explore and integrate AI into how you work A builder’s mindset: You take full ownership of what you ship.
