Your contribution to something big: ► As developer responsible for power semiconductors modules, based on MOSFET, IGBT or SiC Technology ► Ensure electrical performance of power components from 100W up to 200kW for automotive applications such as power modules for (hybrid) electric cars ► Responsible for electrical (static & dynamic) and thermal (Zth) characterization of the power modules ► Provide development reports and power module date sheets based on the characterization results ► Responsible for measurement automation and methodology

What distinguishes you? ► Degree in Electrical Engineering ► Work experience in the areas of semiconductor testing or hardware development or power semiconductor development or similar is beneficial ► Experience in electrical laboratory is beneficial ► Experience with Matlab and/or LabView (or software development) are beneficial ► Fluent English communication and presentation skills, German is beneficial ► Self-motivated, structured, analytical, team player with strong desire for continuous learning
