Senior Solutions Engineer

The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical expert, designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex customer and partner challenges. In this role, you will help organizations maximize the value of an enterprise SaaS platform focused on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation. You will lead solution development from initial discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and early adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Partner Success, and Customer Experience teams, you will help translate business needs into scalable technical capabilities. You will also contribute to platform innovation by identifying emerging market needs and leveraging AI tools to improve solution development and delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Act as a senior technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and resolving complex challenges related to the platform. Build trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for tailored solutions. Lead the discovery, design, development, and delivery of custom solutions, platform content, and technical capabilities, from initial requirements through deployment and early adoption. Identify emerging customer and market needs, translating them into scalable solution concepts and recommending new capabilities that enhance customer value. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Partner Success, and Customer Experience teams to share feedback, recommend platform improvements, and support continuous innovation. Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guidance, deployment materials, best practices, and reusable solution assets. Leverage large language model (LLM) tools to accelerate research, solution design, configuration, coding, and documentation, while validating the accuracy and relevance of generated outputs. Develop and maintain LLM skill files that capture platform expertise, solution patterns, and implementation guidance for use through the MCP server. Mentor other Solutions Engineers and provide technical guidance and enablement to Partner Success, Technical Account Management, and Customer Experience teams. Support proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot programs, and strategic customer projects. Requirements The ideal candidate combines strong technical and programming capabilities with enterprise solution design experience, consulting expertise, and a passion for innovation. The following qualifications are expected: Significant experience working with the relevant enterprise SaaS platform or comparable enterprise software solutions. Strong background in solution design, technical consulting, and problem-solving, with experience leading complex solution development or implementation projects. Solid programming skills, particularly in JavaScript, with Python or similar technologies considered an advantage. Practical experience using LLM tools in technical or consulting workflows, including writing clear instructions and examples, testing performance, evaluating outputs, and improving results. Strong understanding of data structures, data management, analytics, and modeling concepts. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including experience presenting technical solutions and recommendations to customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience.
