Technical Lead (mérnöki csapatvezető)

Our R&D team gathers 60+ engineers divided into 10+ product squads. Each squad includes developers, product managers and designers. They are paramount to 360Learning’s response to our increasingly demanding customers and are strategic players for the growth of the company. Today, we are creating a new role within the department i.e Technical Lead. The scope includes existing responsibilities, as well as new opportunities: - be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (you can then redirect to another member of the squad) - be the coach for the other developers of the squad (do Performance reviews and Career Path assessments) - participate in monthly meetings altogether with CPTO and Engineering Director to celebrate successes and discuss technical or organizational challenges - keep coding, up to 80% of your time This role reports into the Engineering Director.
