Your responsibilities Lead our high-performance data path team, driving CPU/GPU integration for next-gen quantum computing instruments. Drive all aspects of people development in close collaboration with our HR team. Engage in architecture decisions for backend- and server-SW. Build engineering capability, manage technical debt and optimize delivery processes. Own delivery of features. Align with stakeholders, including product management, cross-functional agile development teams, or our Engineering Productivity team. Your profile MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years leading a software engineering team, with strong communication and organizational skills. Broad C++ experience in a professional environment. Familiarity with networking protocols, and interfacing with firmware or specialized hardware. Experience with CUDA , Python, or Rust (Nice-to-have) Exposure to RDMA / RoCE , high-performance computing, or low-latency systems (Nice-to-have). Background in controlling lab equipment (Nice-to-have).
