AI Platform Engineer (Enterprise AI Platform & Operations)

As part of a global AI initiative, we are establishing a dedicated enterprise AI team and platform to design, implement, and operate AI use cases across the organization. The AI Platform is the enterprise environment that enables secure and governed use of AI services and AI-driven applications. It is an evolving ecosystem of services and components combining cloud-based AI services, orchestration layers, and internal AI applications. In close collaboration with the AI Architect and AI Solution Engineers, the AI Platform Engineer evolves this ecosystem and plays a key role in implementing AI use cases and ensuring they can be reliably deployed and operated in production. Responsibilities Configure and evolve enterprise AI platforms and orchestration components Implement platform capabilities and contribute hands-on to AI use case implementation Develop APIs, service components, and integration logic for AI-enabled solutions Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of productive AI services Resolve incidents and implement operational improvements Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized components where required Provide technical guidance to advanced business users working on the AI platform Requirements 3–5 years in cloud engineering, backend development, or DevOps/platform roles Experience operating production-grade systems Experience in enterprise IT environments Strong cloud knowledge (preferably Azure) Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs Programming skills (e.g., Python or similar) Experience with API-based architectures Familiarity with containerized environments and Infrastructure as Code Experience with AI platforms or orchestration tools (e.g., Dify) is a plus Strong ownership mindset Reliable and structured working style Ability to combine development and operations Pragmatic problem-solving approach What we offer Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time) Opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through stimulating work, including development and implementation of new processes and tools Central office location in a modern business building Benefits package including private health insurance, sport cards, flexible monthly budgets, bonuses for special occasions, performance bonus and other
