We’re looking for someone with a curious mindset who actively seeks out new knowledge, skills, and processes to enhance the performance of our marketing campaigns. You have experience in the development, integration, and optimization of our workflow management systems, specifically within the Marketing domain. Having an understanding of marketing processes and challenges is beneficial.
To succeed in this role, you bring the following:
• Good understanding of Python, API development, and SQL

• Hands-on experience with leading workflow management platforms (such as Adobe Workfront, Basecamp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

• Knowledge of designing and building Integration between Software Systems

• Ability to contribute to healthy engineering practices, including:

• Writing and reviewing technical and design documentation.

• Participating in code reviews to ensure code and architectural quality.

• Driving automated testing and operational excellence.
We see it as a bonus if you have:
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform.

• Understanding of building and interacting with Agentic Systems.
Our team within IKEA
We are a relatively new area in the Growth and Marketing Retail Area. We are a combination of Software and Data Engineers working together to build and maintain the product of Marketing Strategy and Planning which focuses on Marketing campaign lifecycle and Marketing operations capabilities.
