This is a key role within an agile delivery team, combining hands-on technical test automation with a broader cross-functional responsibility around team structure, planning, quality processes, and continuous improvement.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys both deep technical testing work and contributing to the overall stability, structure, and delivery flow within a mature agile setup.

Your responsibilities

You will play a central role in ensuring quality and stability across releases by developing, maintaining, and continuously improving automated regression testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and evolving test architecture, including specifications and Page Object Model (POM) structures

  • Supporting scalable and maintainable test automation practices

  • Working closely with developers to ensure quality is built into the development process

  • Contributing to planning, prioritisation, and coordination within the team

  • Supporting agile processes and delivery flow across the programme

  • Facilitating and contributing to PI planning activities

  • Supporting Jira setup, boards, filters, automations, sprint structures, and reporting

  • Contributing to velocity analysis, planning transparency, and team coordination

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across testing and delivery practices

  • Contributing to the practical use of AI within testing and quality assurance processes

Technologies and tools

You will primarily work with:

  • Test automation in a Gradle-based setup

  • Page Object Model (POM)

  • Git for version control

  • Azure DevOps and build/deployment pipelines

  • Jira for planning, reporting, and workflow management

  • Agile methodologies including Scrum and PI planning

We are looking for someone who

  • Has solid experience with technical testing and test automation in complex environments

  • Has experience developing and maintaining automated regression tests

  • Understands scalable test architecture and maintainable automation frameworks

  • Has experience working with Page Object Model and structured test design

  • Has experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

  • Has strong collaboration skills and enjoys working closely with developers and business stakeholders

  • Has experience working in agile teams and contributing beyond pure test execution

  • Is comfortable contributing to structure, planning, coordination, and team processes

  • Takes ownership of quality and continuous improvement

  • Is analytical, pragmatic, and quality-focused

  • Has experience with Jira setup, reporting, and agile planning processes

  • Has an interest in modern testing approaches, including AI-assisted testing

  • Fluent written and spoken Danish is a requirement

It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience from large public sector programmes or other regulated environments

  • Have experience facilitating agile ceremonies or supporting Scrum processes

  • Have experience with velocity analysis, sprint planning, and delivery tracking

  • Have experience mentoring or supporting colleagues within testing practices

What we offer

At Twoday, you will become part of a strong professional community with a collaborative culture and a high level of technical expertise.

We offer:

  • A central role in a large-scale, business-critical public sector programme

  • A technically strong and collaborative working environment
