RPA Technical Lead - Automation Anywhere

Job Summary

Essential Responsibilities

Participate in and lead activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in accordance with organizational standards.

Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions.

Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Python.

Design and implement automation solutions involving OCR, AI/ML technologies, API integrations, and data processing.

Provide production support, incident resolution, release implementation, and on-call support as required.

Ensure all solutions comply with organizational standards, policies, and security requirements.

Participate in project activities as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Project Manager based on project needs and experience.

Prepare technical documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Mentor and support less experienced team members.

Required Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in application development, automation, and production support.

3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere development experience, including solution design, development, deployment, and production support.

2+ years of Python development experience, including automation scripting, API integration, data processing, file handling, and custom application development.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with SQL, Unix Commands, JIRA, and Remedy.
