Build event-driven systems and integrations using APIs, webhooks, queues, and messaging platforms. Develop systems that support shipment risk assessment, on-time and in-full prediction, and automated exception workflows. Improve service reliability and maintainability through testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability. Work independently while collaborating with a small team to ship practical improvements quickly.
