Join us as a Graduate Field Transformation & Automation Analyst on our Field Transformation team in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you'll bring fresh thinking, analytical capability, and emerging technology to help transform how our global Field organization operates.

Working with stakeholders across Field Services, Partner organizations, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to transformation initiatives focused on simplifying work, improving processes, increasing efficiency, and creating more scalable ways of operating.

You'll have the opportunity to apply AI, agentic automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement techniques to real business challenges, while learning from experienced team members and gaining exposure to strategic priorities across a global organization.

What You'll Achieve

As a Graduate Field Transformation & Automation Analyst, you'll support strategic Field Transformation initiatives by analyzing how work gets done, identifying opportunities for improvement, and exploring how AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies can enable better outcomes.

You'll combine curiosity, analytical thinking, and experimentation to help develop solutions that improve operational performance and organizational effectiveness. You'll work across teams to understand business challenges, test new ideas, develop insights, and help measure the impact of change.

You will:

  • Support strategic Field Transformation initiatives through process analysis, continuous improvement, automation, data analytics, and the application of emerging technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for simplification, efficiency, scalability, and improved business outcomes.
  • Explore and apply AI, agentic automation, workflow automation, and other emerging technologies to improve how work is performed and enable new ways of operating.
  • Help identify opportunities where AI agents and automation can augment teams, streamline repetitive activities, improve decision-making, and simplify end-to-end processes.
  • Apply continuous improvement approaches and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), and process mining, where appropriate.
  • Develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, support decision-making, and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Field Services, Partner organizations, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, contribute to business cases, and support implementation.
  • Participate in the development and testing of proofs of concept, pilots, and automation solutions, capturing learnings and helping determine opportunities to scale successful approaches.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support the broader Field Transformation agenda.
  • Stay informed on developments in AI, agentic technologies, automation, analytics, and process transformation, bringing new ideas and perspectives into the organization.

Essential Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, typically completed within the last 12 months, in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about existing processes and identify opportunities to improve them.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, or process improvement through academic projects, internships, research, hackathons, or other practical experience.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate analytical or technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly, experiment, and collaborate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, workflow automation, or related emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or process mining.
  • Experience through academic projects, internships, or other activities involving data analytics, automation, process design, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Professional certifications or relevant coursework in AI, data analytics, automation, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or related disciplines.
  • Participation in university incubators, start-ups, open-source projects, innovation programs, hackathons, technology competitions, or similar activities.
