Radio Systems Engineer - PHY Algorithms

MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Wireless Communications, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Mathematics, or a related area. Strong background in communication theory, digital signal processing, and mathematics. Strong knowledge of LTE, NR/5G, and 3GPP specifications, particularly in the Physical Layer. Experience with software development for link-level simulations, using languages such as Python, C, and C++. Experience developing and analyzing software simulations; knowledge of simulation environments and tools such as MATLAB is an advantage. An analytical and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to investigate complex problems and deliver under pressure. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines while working across different projects. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to explain technical topics and build effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. A motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when needed and contribute effectively as part of a team. Interest in AI/ML and AI-assisted engineering is a plus, but strong wireless communication and signal-processing fundamentals are the foundation for the role.
