Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission As part of our global IT Digital Workplace structure, you are the technical heartbeat of our offices across Europe, with a strong focus on owning and optimizing the local Madrid workplace. You aren’t just responding to tickets; you are ensuring that our infrastructure, from high-end post-production setups to cloud-based SaaS tools and office connectivity, works reliably for every team member. Reporting into the Global IT structure from day one, you will be the go-to expert for local needs while maintaining the high standards of a global organization. This role is based in Madrid but offers the exciting opportunity for occasional travel (approx. 10%) to other regional offices for onsite IT projects and hands-on support.
