With over 1,000 software developers in China and a dedicated team in Germany, we create innovative solutions for OEMs and suppliers. **Job Responsibilities:** - **New Market Demand Exploration:** Collaborate with other functional departments to engage with clients, develop business opportunities, and identify potential market demands. - **Customer-Facing Technical Interface:** Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, proficient in the company's technical products and services, primarily liaising with client-side R&D, engineering, and technical departments. - **Deep Involvement in Project Acquisition:** Analyze customer requirements, coordinate with internal R&D teams to clarify fulfillment levels, solutions, and resource allocation. Participate in cost evaluation and pricing strategies, while providing front-end technical support to clients throughout the project acquisition process. - **Comprehensive Participation in Project Delivery:** Regularly monitor ongoing projects, act as one of the front-line technical support personnel on-site, proactively facilitate project progress, and promptly resolve issues between clients and the project delivery team (e.g., misunderstandings in requirements, communication barriers). Collaborate on risk management throughout the project lifecycle. - **Active Engagement in Market Promotion Activities:** Represent the company at market promotion events such as exhibitions and technical exchanges. Timely analyze and report findings to guide business direction. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree or above in Software/Computer Science or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Experience in automotive software (e.g., cockpit, intelligent driving/development, testing/embedded systems, applications, etc.). - **English as a working language is mandatory.** Proficiency in European languages such as German, French, or Italian is a plus. Must enjoy and excel in engaging with European and American clients. - Overseas work/study experience preferred. Prior experience in the European automotive industry is highly advantageous. **岗位职责：** 1. 负责新市场需求挖掘：联合公司其他功能部门共同对接客户，开发业务，发掘潜在市场需求。 2. 作为面向客户的技术接口：熟练掌握公司的技术产品和服务内容，作为技术接口，主要对接客户端研发、工程、技术等部门。 3. 深度参与项目获取：对客户需求做出分析，拉通内部研发团队，明确客户需求的满足度、解决方案、资源配置等，参与成本评估和报价策略并在项目获取过程中保持和客户的前端技术支持。 4. 全面参与项目交付：定期跟踪实施的项目，作为前端现场技术人员之一，积极配合项目推进，随时解决客户与公司项目交付团队之间可能发生的问题，如：需求理解、沟通障碍等，协同项目进行风险管控。 5. 广泛参与市场推广活动：代表公司参加市场推广活动，如展会、技术交流等，及时形成分析与报告，指导公司业务方向。 **任职资格：** 1. 本科及以上，软件/计算机相关学历毕业3年以上 2. 汽车软件相关经验（如：座舱、智驾/开发、测试/嵌入式、应用等等） 3. 英语作为工作语言为必选，熟练使用德语、法语、意大利语等欧洲语言更好 喜欢并善于与欧美客户打交道。 4. 有过海外工作/学习经验。欧洲地区汽车行业工作经历优先 工作base：欧洲（德国）或 长期海外出差
