If you’re eager to empower teams, boost efficiency, and contribute to groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of technology, we want to hear from you! - As our Scrum Master (m/w/d) you will guide and coach the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers - To elevate team performance, you will foster a high-performing team culture by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing effective coaching techniques tailored to individual and team needs - You will facilitate a deep understanding of Scrum within the team by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines - In addition you will empower the Scrum team by coaching them to become self-organized, enhancing cross-functional skill sets and domain knowledge while promoting effective communication - You will help us drive decision-making by collaborating with the Scrum Team and various stakeholders to influence decisions and support the overarching goals of organizational product teams. - You will remove roadblocks to actively resolve team impediments in partnership with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters, enhancing the effectiveness of Scrum practices across the organization - Help us grow our agile community by working alongside other Scrum Masters to share insights and grow within the role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement - Last but not least, you will facilitate Scrum Events by leading and supporting all scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ## Dein Profil - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by several years of professional experience to demonstrate your practical knowledge - You are a natural leader when it comes to facilitating meetings across all levels of the organization, using advanced techniques to create engaging, productive conversations that drive collaboration and results - You possess an in-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, along with proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to effectively manage team workflows - You are a master of organization and time management, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, while earning a reputation for delivering precise and accurate analyses - You thrive in dynamic environments, tackling new challenges with a positive, proactive approach - You have experience in confidently leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies with precision and expertise, guiding teams toward success ## Wir bieten - An open and friendly corporate culture characterized by constructive and collaborative interaction - We provide you with support for your future plans with a company pension scheme (depending on country-specific circumstances) - Early risers and night owls - thanks to a flexible working model you can organise your working day yourself - We also support you privately – benefit from special payments or additional vacation days on anniversaries or other special occasions - Utimaco is growing and living diversity!
