Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor m/f/d

As a Sr Mfg Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing support activities to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. You will oversee a team responsible for providing technical and operational support to manufacturing, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste, Italy location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and team performance, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell Building Automation’s manufacturing operations.

• Lead and supervise the manufacturing support team to ensure smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for operational enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in manufacturing support or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience in leading teams and driving operational improvements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing support tools and systems relevant to production environments.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in the building automation or related industrial sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Annual gross salary from €51,600 and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico Grande Industria. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria . Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
