We are looking for a **Resident Engineer (m/f/d)** in Czech Republic ### Your tasks: - Technical Support: Provision of technical support for customers, internal teams, or on-site projects. - Troubleshooting: Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise during operation. - Maintenance: Execution of regular maintenance and inspections of technical systems or equipment. - Installation Installation of technical products or systems in accordance with customer requirements. - Training: Training of customers or employees in the use and maintenance of technical equipment or systems. - Documentation: Preparation of reports and documentation concerning technical activities and problem solutions. - Customer Communication: Maintenance of close relationships with customers and communication of technical information and solutions. ### Your profile: - Completed degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.) - Experience in technical support or technical service is an advantage. - Technical understanding and the ability to analyse and solve technical problems. - Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and comprehensibly. - Willingness to travel and to work on-site at the customer’s location. - Ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments and customers. - Knowledge in the use of computer applications and software tools for technical support. - Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. - Fluent in English and Czech in verbal and written comunication. ### **We offer:** - Training and continuing education - Individual training - Company cell phone - Company laptop - 30 Vacation days per year - Flexible working hours - Mobile working - Good traffic connections - Employee events - Parking lot - Friendly and trustful colleagues - Accident insurance (private and professional) **We look forward to receiving your application.**
