**The following challenges await you:** - Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation. - Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions. - Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes. - Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows. - Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements. - Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows. - Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape. - Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements. **Your profile:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field - Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge - Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding - Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions - Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management - Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text - SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable - Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills **What we offer:** - **Attractive compensation** - strong base salary combined with additional benefits. - **Additional financial benefits** - support for private pension plans, life-phase accounts for paid leave (e.g. sabbaticals, early retirement), public transport subsidies, discounts in many (online) shops. - **Modern organisation of working time** - possibility of mobile working (by agreement), focus on results-oriented work. - **Health and well-being** - company medical service with comprehensive check-ups, sports facilities, social counselling and company canteen with freshly prepared meals every day. - **Sustainability and social commitment** - sustainability as part of our corporate strategy and targeted support for education, family and science initiatives through our own foundations.
