Data & Business Insights Analyst

At Dovetail Games, data plays an important role in helping us understand how our games and business are performing, where opportunities exist and where we may need to act differently. We’re looking for an experienced Data & Business Insights Analyst who can bring together information from across the business and turn it into clear, compelling stories that support better decision-making. The core focus of this role is business performance analysis. You’ll work with teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Development and Leadership to understand the questions that matter, explore the available evidence and explain what the data means in a way that is accessible, relevant and actionable. This is not a data engineering role. You’ll work closely with Dovetail’s Analytics Engineer, key stakeholders across Marketing Commercial & finance and the wider PullUp Entertainment Data Team, who provide the technical foundations, pipelines, reporting infrastructure and analytics-ready datasets. Your role will be to bring those sources together, apply business context and help people understand not only what is happening, but why it matters and what we should do next. The ideal candidate would be able to spend at least one day a week in the office, however we can be flexible. Why Join Us?
