• Participate in SAP Support / Project tasks Viz. Incident management/ Change request / projects / rollout.
• Ensure smooth integration with cross-functional / External applications.
• Co-ordinate with project / support for release control
• Perform basic level technical analysis & co-ordination ABAP debug / IDOC processing.
• Provide consulting services for module MM & WM on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Provide day to day operational support to procurement & Logistic/shipping team.
• Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high-priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently
• Integration topics knowledge of: MM/WM-SD, MM/PS (overview only) & MM-FI

• TaneSAP Materials management & warehouse management projects and support experience between 5 to 7 years.
• Candidate MUST be from ( EPC business or core engineering business) IT projects and able to run the project topics independently. Overview of PS is expected.

Tools and other preferences

• SAP MM/WM certification is preferable
• ITIL foundation certification is required
• Exposure to Solution Manager change incident management is an added advantage
