Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) Exp: 7-12 Years Location: Bangalore/Gurugram Notice Period: 0-30 Days Job Summary: Senior Full-Stack Developer — MERN / React / Node / Next.js / NestJS   Job Summary   We are seeking an experienced  Senior Full-Stack Developer  to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with  React, Redux, Next.js, Node.js and Nest.js , along with working knowledge of  Oracle or similar relational databases .   This role requires someone who can contribute across the full application lifecycle, including frontend development, backend services, database integration, Docker-based deployments, build pipelines, and basic CI/CD activities. As a senior developer, the candidate should also be able to collaborate with tech leads, architects, and cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance to other developers.   Key Responsibilities   Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications.   Build frontend applications using  React.js, Next.js and Redux .   Develop backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using  Node.js  and  NestJS .   Integrate applications with  Oracle and/or other relational databases .   Write and optimize intermediate-level  SQL queries .   Work with  MongoDB or other NoSQL databases  where applicable.   Use  Docker  and support application build, release, and deployment processes.   Participate in basic  CI/CD pipeline  activities.   Collaborate with tech leads, architects, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders.   Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and coding standards.   Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and deployment issues.   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.   Required Skills and Experience   10+ years of experience  in full-stack application development.   Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.   Strong experience with  React.js, Next.js, Redux ,  Node.js   and Nest.js .   Experience developing and consuming  REST and GraphQL APIs .   Experience with  Oracle or similar relational databases .   Intermediate SQL knowledge, including joins, indexes, and query optimization basics.   Experience with  MongoDB or NoSQL databases  is preferred.   Understanding of  Docker , build pipelines, and deployment processes.   Basic knowledge of  CI/CD pipelines .   Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.   Soft Skills   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   Good communication and collaboration abilities.   Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.   Experience working closely with tech leads and architects.   Ability to take ownership of deliverables and guide other developers.   If you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
