Software Engineer III (m/f/d), AI/ML, Gemini Integration/Customisation

## Responsibilities - Lead the integration of Gemini into XR products, design and implement customization layers to enable the next-generation of immersive XR experiences powered by Gemini. - Collaborate with research teams to highlight model limitations and improve performance in key areas critical for XR applications. - Develop expertise on the full deployment stack, to be able to deliver a customized and premium integration of Gemini in XR devices. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, provide recurring updates on project advancements, ensuring their expectations remain aligned with ongoing research and engineering work. ## Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in generative AI and machine learning. - 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. ## Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. - 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. - Experience developing accessible technologies. - Research background with practical experience solving complex research problems such as long-context models and multimodal (video/image) understanding, 3D modeling and diffusion models. - Ideally worked with egocentric data and egocentric problems before.
