• Support the design, development and implementation of AI solutions from initial concept through to productive use
• Contribute to the development of AI platforms, services and use cases in close collaboration with Data Scientists, Engineers and business stakeholders
• Apply established best practices for AI architectures, MLOps, model deployment and lifecycle management
• Help ensure that AI solutions are scalable, secure, compliant and aligned with governance requirements
• Work hands-on with technical teams to build, test and improve AI-based applications and services
• Support the continuous improvement of AI-related technologies, tools and delivery approaches
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data foundations for AI use cases

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in developing or implementing AI, machine learning or data-driven solutions
• Good understanding of modern AI methods such as machine learning, NLP, large language models or generative AI, with a strong interest in applying them in business contexts
• Practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, as well as basic knowledge of containerization, CI/CD or MLOps concepts
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical topics clearly to different stakeholders
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working, with curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop
• Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
