We are currently looking for: Business Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors Requirements: We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to join an international and collaborative Business & Technology Integration environment, working on SAP AMS and Project Services. Required Competencies: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Strong Business Analysis, process analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities Ability to analyse business processes, systems, and their integration with technology Experience assessing current-state processes and defining future-state solutions Ability to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors configurations Experience developing process models and documentation Experience presenting system functionalities, configurations, and proposed solutions during workshops Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in an international environment Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying improvement opportunities English C1/C2 with active certification Candidates must reside in Portugal Preferred Competencies: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Experience supporting SAP AMS and Project Services Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert Experience supporting and guiding less experienced colleagues Ability to contribute to key functional and technical decisions Experience evaluating tools and methodologies to improve project delivery Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Strong relationship-building skills Ability to communicate complex requirements clearly Knowledge-sharing and mentoring mindset Focus on continuous improvement Location: Remoto/ Portugal Salary Range: €4.000–€4.500 gross/month Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.
