Project Manager-Marketing & Sales Data Products

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data solutions, ensuring the efficient integration, quality, and availability of marketing, sales, and CRM data within a strategically important international environment. You will contribute to the evolution of data models and pipelines, the standardization of data integration practices, and the scalability of data products across different countries, while working closely with business and technical teams to enable data-driven solutions and knowledge sharing.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Build and operate scalable data pipelines to integrate marketing, CRM, and business data based on Snowflake;

• Develop and improve a group-wide data model for analyzing marketing and sales performance across the full customer journey;

• Integrate systems such as Salesforce, campaign management platforms, and future CRM systems from other countries;

• Ensure high data quality through standards, data quality checks, and monitoring processes;

• Create technical standards, templates, and reference implementations for connecting additional countries and scaling the data product internationally;

• Pr ovide technical consulting, coaching, and enablement to country organizations for connecting CRM, marketing, and sales data and building local data products under the data mesh approach;

• Work closely with the Product Owner, business departments, and BI Platform Team on a strategically importantgroup-wide data product.

Your Key Skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders;

• Experience in international projects or working with decentralized teams;

• Strong ability and enjoyment in knowledge transfer and enablement;

Your Main Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field;

• Knowledge of CRM, marketing, or sales data integration is an advantage;

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style;

• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;

• Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake;

• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks;

• Very good English skills.
