Technical Customer Support Representatives (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German-speaking Technical Customer Support Representatives for its Bucharest, Romania operation. This voice-based role focuses on providing technical support to customers regarding home appliance products, troubleshooting issues and delivering professional solutions. The position is initially fully on-site, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid working model after the first three months based on performance.

Position: Technical Customer Support Representatives

Location: Hybrid possible after training period on-site Bucharest, Romania (performance dependant)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical customer support in German via voice channels

• Assist customers with questions and issues related to home appliance products

• Troubleshoot technical and product-related problems

• Identify customer needs and provide clear and accurate solutions

• Guide customers through appropriate troubleshooting steps

• Document customer interactions and relevant case information accurately

• Escalate complex technical issues when required

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction

• Meet required quality, productivity and customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• German language proficiency at C1 level

• Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred

• Strong verbal communication skills in German

• Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot customer issues

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools

• Ability to work effectively in a structured customer support environment

• Willingness to work fully on-site in Bucharest for the first three months

• Legal right to work in Romania / valid work permit.
