Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct ad-hoc analyses for various departments (Operations, quality management, controlling, customers)
• ▹Analyze complex relationships across multiple data sources and present findings clearly
• ▹Evolve recurring analyses into structured, traceable data logic
• ▹Own reporting and evaluation workflows, including regular reports and custom analyses
• ▹Translate complex business requirements into data queries, data models, and meaningful analyses
• ▹Support monthly reporting and market analyses

Requirements

• ▹Degree in mathematics, business, engineering, or equivalent qualification
• ▹Several years of experience in an analytical role (e.g. Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer)
• ▹Very good SQL skills for analysis and data validation
• ▹Strong analytical mindset, translating business questions into structured, meaningful analyses
• ▹Experience with multi-step analyses across multiple data sources and larger datasets
• ▹Solid Python skills for ETL/ELT processes, analysis, and automation

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with dbt or similar SQL-based transformation tools
• ▹Familiarity with Git
