Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Owns marketing performance reporting end-to-end, translating funnel and channel data into insights for GTM decisions
• ▹Builds and maintains real-time dashboards covering ARR, CAC, MQL trends, pipeline health, and net retention
• ▹Owns the setup and evolution of the marketing data infrastructure, connecting HubSpot and marketing ad data into a data warehouse
• ▹Builds and maintains forecasting models for MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and revenue
• ▹Analyzes full-funnel performance from first touch through closed-won, surfacing bottlenecks and campaign effectiveness
• ▹Leads operational projects that improve collaboration between marketing and sales (lead handoff, pipeline visibility, attribution accuracy)
• ▹Sets up automated alerts for significant changes in funnel performance
• ▹Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Product to ensure consistent data definitions and reporting
• ▹Identifies patterns and correlations across the full customer journey, including product usage data

Requirements

• ▹Experience building real-time dashboards (e.g., ARR, CAC, MQL metrics)
• ▹Experience integrating data sources (e.g., HubSpot, marketing ad data) into a data warehouse
• ▹Experience building forecasting models
• ▹Experience with full-funnel revenue analysis
