Responsibilities
- ▹Partner with your Engineering Manager and Product Manager to size and break down requirements for new features
- ▹Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ▹Employ design patterns, testing and automation to ensure fast and safe iteration cycles
- ▹Coach teammates and help level up the whole engineering organisation
- ▹Play an active role in incident response, supporting the Incident Lead
Requirements
- ▹Proficiency (or willingness to develop it) with AWS, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana
- ▹Proficiency (or willingness to develop it) with Rust and .NET
