Senior Software Engineer I – Account Communications

Responsibilities

• ▹Improve delivery reliability and visibility across all communication channels
• ▹Evolve the platform infrastructure for scale and cost efficiency
• ▹Build tooling to help teams manage customer communications
• ▹Add new capabilities to existing platforms

Requirements

• ▹Experience delivering complex product solutions and building distributed systems used by thousands of customers every hour
• ▹Proficient in backend programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Python or Go, willing to learn and work with Java services
• ▹Extensive experience designing and implementing asynchronous, reliable, and scalable systems in microservices environments
• ▹Strong product mindset and genuine passion for user experience
• ▹Clean, efficient, and well-tested code as a standard
• ▹Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and applying engineering judgement

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with messaging or event-driven systems
