We believe in fostering a culture of individual autonomy and responsibility. What will you do? As a Product Owner, you will lead a team of 4-6 engineers. Our DVA and IOP products enable data exchange between more than 20 major medical source systems in the Netherlands. Due to the complex back-end and lack of front-end interface, it is best suited for a product owner with a technical background. Your tasks would include: facilitating daily stand-ups and planning biweekly sprints to keep your team on track with development. You will work closely with management to prepare roadmaps, define what is done, align with technical stakeholders, and plan realistic and achievable timelines. You will have to understand the function of the components and the data models involved on the level of solution architecture (not technical architecture). Other tasks you will do include analyzing data in JSON files, reading logs in Kibana, and working with API tools such as Postman or Insomnia. What is NOT a part of the product owner role for this team? Translating user needs into customer journeys/product ideas. Financial reporting Working out the entire technical architecture by yourself Technical info about the IOP and DVA products The stack of our products is mainly Java Spring Boot, but also has some Go and Rust. The data exchange format we use is HL7 FHIR. The interoperability standard we use is Nuts . Nuts facilitates the authorization and authentication layer.
