Data Analyst and IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
• ▹Serve as internal subject matter expert on tech and information systems
• ▹Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets
• ▹Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives
• ▹Create interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• ▹Communicate findings and recommendations using data visualization tools
• ▹Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• ▹Collaborate with an external managed service provider on day-to-day technology support (software, hardware, cloud)

Requirements

• ▹Degree or certification in data science, library science, information systems, or IT
• ▹2+ years of directly relevant experience
• ▹Strong project management skills
• ▹Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

What we offer

• ▹Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience
