Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Be a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating how Bitrise addresses their business requirements
• ▹Stay current on industry best practices as a subject matter expert on mobile development
• ▹Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
• ▹Debug complex Mobile DevOps issues with customer developers, focused on CI/CD
• ▹Act as technical escalation point for the global support team
• ▹Be a thought leader: conferences, webinars, blog posts
• ▹Provide technical consultancy during enterprise customer onboarding
• ▹Build deep relationships with technical champions who become company advocates
• ▹Drive business outcomes through education, training, design and implementation support

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software development experience
• ▹Experience with mobile app development or its processes
• ▹Experience with shell scripting
• ▹Published app to the App Store or Play Store
• ▹Experience setting up CI pipelines
• ▹General knowledge of DevOps best practices
• ▹Experience working with cross-functional teams
• ▹High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Proven track record building and nurturing customer relationships
• ▹Fluent written and spoken English
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• ▹Willingness to travel onsite with clients as needed

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as a Solutions Architect or Pre-/Post-Sales Engineer at a technology company
• ▹Track record of public thought leadership
• ▹Start-up or scale-up experience
• ▹Understanding of computer networking
