.Net Developer, SaaS Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform
• ▹Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production
• ▹Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback
• ▹Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of the regular workflow
• ▹Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems
• ▹Surface blockers and open questions early, keeping the team unblocked

Requirements

• ▹2-4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
• ▹Fast learner, comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases
• ▹Takes real ownership of assigned work, flags problems early, holds a high bar for what "done" means
• ▹Writes clean, well-tested, well-documented code with production-environment awareness
• ▹Strong collaborator, communicates clearly with teammates across engineering, product, and design
• ▹Curious about agentic AI tools and uses them thoughtfully in the development workflow
• ▹Proactive by nature, surfaces opportunities to improve the codebase or team processes

Nice to have

• ▹Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others), evaluating technology on its merits
