Responsibilities

• ▹Master the Zscaler SecOps platform and partner with Sales, Product, and Services to translate customer requirements into integration plans
• ▹Onboard and map diverse cybersecurity and IT data sources in collaboration with subject matter experts
• ▹Own data quality and pipeline integrity by auditing environments, troubleshooting issues, and defining remediation steps
• ▹Leverage Python, APIs, and AI coding agents (such as Claude Code or Gemini CLI) to automate data transformations and platform workflows
• ▹Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and feed field insights back to Engineering for product improvements

Requirements

• ▹Strong engineering background with broad cybersecurity knowledge, specifically in vulnerability, exposure, and threat management
• ▹Hands-on experience managing cybersecurity data pipelines (SIEM or Vulnerability Management platforms): ingestion, mapping, deduplication, normalization, unification
• ▹Proven track record integrating security tools and data sources (EDR, VM scanners, CNAPP/CSPM, ticketing/CMDB, identity, cloud logs)
• ▹Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, parsing, transformations, API interaction, automation, and troubleshooting
• ▹Foundational AI/ML knowledge, with experience leveraging or securing AI-driven solutions

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• ▹Excellent problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
• ▹Direct experience with data transformation pipelines
