Senior QA Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
• ▹Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team and development team
• ▹Coordinates product testing processes
• ▹Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
• ▹Reviews client, customer, and user feedback
• ▹Works with manager to help communicate releases to the business

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or related work experience
• ▹2+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience
• ▹Experience with business software systems and user management
• ▹Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• ▹Teamwork oriented
• ▹Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities
• ▹Ingenuity and the willingness to learn new techniques
• ▹Superior problem-solving ability; an analytical mindset
• ▹Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows, including how to leverage LLMs to generate test cases, analyze logs, and identify edge cases
• ▹Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for end-to-end browser-based testing
• ▹Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable frameworks for validating service-layer behavior
• ▹Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize that use ML to create and maintain automated tests
• ▹Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
• ▹Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and shorten feedback cycles
• ▹Comfort working alongside AI-generated code and validating its correctness through structured test strategies
• ▹Awareness of responsible AI usage in testing, including prompt engineering basics and understanding model limitations
