Position Details: Job Title: RCM Instrument Engineer (Subject Matter Expert) Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Work Visa Department: TS – MSS Duty Hours: 08 Hours / Day, 5 Days / Week Salary Range: SAR 7,000 – SAR 10,000 (Inclusive of all allowances) Job Summary: The RCM Instrument Engineer will lead and support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for instrumentation, control, and automation systems. The role focuses on enhancing asset reliability, availability, and performance through structured RCM methodology in accordance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards across large-scale industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute RCM studies for instrumentation and control systems Apply RCM methodology to define optimal maintenance strategies Perform FMEA / FMECA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Develop and optimize PM plans, calibration routines, and inspection strategies Analyze instrument failure data, alarms, trends, and condition monitoring inputs Conduct RCM and FMECA workshops with cross-functional teams Train and mentor instrumentation personnel on RCM best practices Use GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS for reliability analysis and documentation
