Senior Full-stack Engineer (frontend-heavy)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and deliver user-facing features using React and TypeScript, owning the journey from UX to implementation, launch, and A/B validation
• ▹Develop backend features using Python/Django
• ▹Improve the codebase and workflows with practical best practices across frontend, backend, and mobile
• ▹Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to ideate, test, and validate user-facing experiences
• ▹Dive into metrics, formulate hypotheses, analyze experiment results, and iterate quickly
• ▹Balance fast delivery with long-term stability
• ▹Set a high bar for code quality and teamwork, helping others grow through collaboration and feedback

Requirements

• ▹Full-stack expertise with a frontend focus (~70% frontend, 30% backend), strong front-end and well-rounded full-stack skills
• ▹Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
• ▹Exposure to backend tech: Python/Java/Node.js/Ruby/Ruby on Rails/PHP/Golang
• ▹Understanding of architectural patterns, ability to contribute to reliable, efficient services
• ▹Proactive problem-solving, facing challenges independently in codebase and product initiatives
• ▹Good communication skills, English at B2 level or higher
• ▹Ownership of quality and outcomes, thoughtful technical decisions
• ▹Deep, hands-on expertise in AI tools, especially agentic AI SDLC
