JUNIOR SERVICE ENGINEER (DANANG)

Job description • Deliver global service projects, including data migration, data management, storage optimization, SharePoint portal, tech refresh and platform upgrades, etc. • Collaborate with external customers and internal development/QA teams to ensure smooth service project delivery. • Understand service requirements, devise solutions, and create service delivery plans. • Execute service tasks, analyze and resolve encountered issues, and compile reports to demonstrate successful service delivery. • Assess workload and duration for new projects or change requirements to support sales processes. Requirements • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). • Strong logical thinking skills, enabling quick understanding of client requirements and technical solutions. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • A strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services (Windows OS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related engineering major is preferred. • Experience with SharePoint, Azure, data migration, or infrastructure setup is preferred.  Any personal data you share with us during the application process will be processed strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Notice .
