Staff Solutions Architect, Enterprise - East

Responsibilities

• ▹Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing
• ▹Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices
• ▹Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one or more of Temporal's supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C# or PHP
• ▹Strong grasp of operational considerations in production environments, such as security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations
• ▹Guide customers through complex architectural decisions, including application patterns and platform design
• ▹Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans across both new opportunities and expansion
• ▹Experience with at least one major cloud provider and the application and infrastructure services commonly used in enterprise production environments
• ▹Serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, helping scope opportunities, identify technical risks, and navigate complex evaluations

• ▹Reside within the Eastern time zone (United States)

• ▹Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one or more of Temporal's supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C# or PHP
• ▹Strong grasp of operational considerations in production environments, such as security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations
• ▹Ability to provide clear guidance on architectural topics, including application patterns and platform architectures
• ▹Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application development and production services
• ▹Ability to serve as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, helping scope opportunities, identify technical risks, and navigate complex evaluations
